I stay hands-on: I prototype, query the data and validate model outputs myself instead of handing off the hard parts. I've built a GenAI advisory PoC, a behavioural risk-scoring system, and an agentic pipeline that finds jobs, scores fit against who I am and drafts the applications. Driven by zero-to-one, learning a domain fast, and asking what actually gets better for the user.
