I work on organisational change and AI adoption at the University of Basel and build practical tools through bridge-work.ai. I connect people, processes and technology—from M365 workshops to local AI and open-source prototypes. At hackathons, I bring use-case framing, UX, storytelling and hands-on building. I'm interested in making AI useful, understandable and accountable.
