I deploy Al where the stakes are real. At Balgrist University Hospital I own and operate the only NVIDIA DGX A100 in a Swiss hospital - air-gapped, processing sensitive patient data - and deployed an LLM environment on a DGX Spark. I am the hospital's technical point of contact for NVIDIA, helped build the OR-X (the Swiss national smart-operating-room platform for surgical research, built around a validated design by NVIDIA, NetApp and Cisco from the ground up in 2023.
