Building Clavur, a Swiss stablecoin | EU digital policy · Bern

By day I handle Switzerland's participation in EU research and innovation programmes at SERI – Digital Europe, Horizon Europe's AI and semiconductor cluster, European Partnerships – and represent Switzerland at EU and UN-level AI policy fora. The rest of the time I build: co-founded a startup in 2019, ran a renewable energy incubator in 2024, and I'm now working on Clavur, a Swiss stablecoin. Hackathons give me the thing policy work doesn't – shipping something in 48 hours instead of 48 months.
