I lead AI and data analytics at a regulated Swiss financial institution, building agent systems for compliance and monitoring. On the side I ship under my own GmbH. I've already fine-tuned Apertus-4B for tool use with a synthetic trajectory pipeline (Axolotl, LoRA, RunPod) — so I come with opinions about where the small models break and a real interest in pushing them further.
