Friday. You arrive in the evening, meet the other builders, hear the cases from the companies that brought them, and form a team. Matchmaking runs beforehand, so you can come alone and still start with a team you fit. Saturday. You build. Mentors are on site all day. Food, drinks, a place to sleep, mattresses and showers are covered, so the only thing you have to think about is the problem. Sunday. You demo what you built to a jury of the case partners and the sprintd team. Prizes, then everyone goes home having shipped something real.

Not only coders. The best teams we have seen mix people who would never normally sit together. Builders who write the code and make the thing run. Designers who make it something a person would actually use. Product and business people who keep it pointed at the real problem. Domain experts who know the field the case comes from, whether that is medicine, architecture, logistics or finance. The only gate is three skills of any kind on your profile.
